 Hello Dear Reader, it's me Bella. If you read my last book, Bella's Diaries: 4th of July Disaster, you will know that I was on a mission to rescue my family, and had the best party ever! 

 Today, something bad happened.

                     CHAPTER 1

                        July 5th, 2020

    Dear, Diary, it has been one day since the 4th of July party. That's great and all, but I got hurt. How?

    Well, during the party, I got too close to the grill, and my left paw got injured. That's already bad enough, but too make matters worse, I have to go to the-

 -doctor. My friend Mell tells me that doctors are bad guys. They first act nice, then they put these things around our heads. 

    I didn't believe him at first, but we'll see when we get there. 

    "Bella, are you ready?" said Jake. 

 I bark loudly. I don't want to go to the doctor.

 When I got outside, getting ready to go to the doctor, I saw Mell. 

    "You going to the doctor, Bella?" said Mell. 

    "Yeah," I said. 

    "You shouldn't go!" he warned. 

    "But, if I don't, my leg will have to get amputated." I said. 

    "Oh, whatever, but don't say I didn't warn you," he laughed. Those words haunted me the rest of the ride.

                        CHAPTER 2

                         July 6th, 2020

    When we arrived at the doctor, I was super nervous. Luckily, the waiting line was packed and filled with dogs and their owners. 

    I recognized a face that I'd seen years ago. I won't talk about it in this book, I . I waited patiently until I heard, "Mrs. Woods, come up-

 -please," That was the doctor. Jake picked me up. 

    "It will be alright, Bella," he said. Of course, it will be alright, he's not a dog that has to wear a silly cone. Only if dogs could talk to humans.

     The doctor seemed pretty nice. Then the terrifying part was when he said we should please leave.

    I started barking frantically. He told me to calm down, and I did. He didn't cut my head off or anything. All he did was put some Alcoholic ointment, it kind of burned.         

    Then he wrapped a cast over it. He said, "Now it's time to put the cone," 

 I was so scared, I think Mell was right, doctors are evil. Then I remembered something, IF DOCTORS WERE SO EVIL, WHY WOULD THEY BE WILLING TO HELP THE SICK?
