Chapter 1: cold morning 

Bob and Sally woke up immediately on Saturday morning.

It was 4:30am. It was cold. They went back to sleep and woke up at 7:00am now.

They headed downstairs for breakfast. It was raining. Pitter-patter Pitter-patter Pitter-patter Pitter-patter!!!!

The fire was lit as usual and they had breakfast. They headed towards the kitchen.

Bob said: Sally I see a black shadow. Oh come off of it. Said Sally. It is just your imagination. Now I don’t see it. Said Bob. Good. Said Sally.

Chapter 2: Rain again

Great. Said Bob. Good thing we don’t have anything planned. Yah. Said Sally.  It was still raining. Pitter-Patter Pitter-Patter Pitter-Patter Pitter-Patter!!!!

That is some rain. Said Sally. Well, Said Bob, we could stay and play some games. Ok. Agreed Sally. Let’s play Jumping jacks!! Ok. Said Bob.

Chapter 3: spooky activity.  

It continued to rain. Then, all of the sudden, the house shook.

Did you see that? They asked at the same time. They both guessed that they did.

Oh. Said Sally. It’s either our imagination or an earthquake. What made it worse, was that it kept raining with the THUNDER it was a mess.

Well, now let’s play hide and seek. Said Bob. Ok Said Sally. Also. Said Bob. We can have a snack if it rains more. Good idea!! Said Sally.

It was good that there were no plans. It would have been more worrisome. Or would it?...

Brain Break!!!!

It is raining and thundering. It is making it sound worse. what do you think is happening. do you think Bob is right or Sally? Remember, it is a realistic fiction.

Chapter 4: cupcakes and cookies. 

It was raining. Pitter-Patter Pitter-Patter Pitter-Patter Pitter-Patter!!!! Let’s have a snack now. Said Bob. Ok. Said Sally. They ran to the kitchen and found two snacks.

 Ok. Said Bob. Let's Have some orange juice with it. Said Sally. Great!! They ate and ate and ate until they were too full.
