
Hey guys!I am back! With some recipes! Ok, so we have cupcakes, cakes , donuts , pizzas ,cookies burgers and more! Some of you would already know, but some of you would like to surprise your friends and family with some amazing recipes.....And especially at this time when all of us are bored and want to experiment with things.. Remember , all of them are not by me. So lets get started!!!!

Ingredients
Buns
3/4 to 1 cup (170g to 227g) lukewarm water*
2 tablespoons (28g) butter, at room temperature
1 large egg
3 1/2 cups (418g) All-Purpose Flour
1/4 cup (50g) sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon instant yeast
For best results (a smooth, slightly soft dough), use the smaller amount of water in summer (or in a humid environment), the greater amount in winter (or in a dry climate); and something in between the rest of the time.
Topping
3 tablespoons (43g) melted butter
Instructions
Mix and knead all of the dough ingredients — by hand, mixer, or bread machine — to make a soft, smooth dough.Cover the dough, and let it rise for 1 to 2 hours, or until it's nearly doubled in bulk.Gently deflate the dough, and divide it into 8 pieces. Shape each piece into a round ball; flatten to about 3" across. Place the buns on a lightly greased or parchment-lined baking sheet, cover, and let rise for about an hour, until noticeably puffy.Brush the buns with about half of the melted butter.
Instructions-
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until thoroughly combined and set aside.Combine the water and oil in a separate jug or cup.Slowly add the water mixture to the flour mixture, holding back a little in case you don't need it all.Using a wooden spoon, or your hands, mix until the dough should be soft, but not sticky. Add a splash more water if your dough is too dry.Lightly flour your work area and a rolling pin then roll dough into a 12-inch circle using your hands (to make 2 smaller pizzas, divide the dough into 2 and roll into 2 8 inch pizzas).Transfer the pizza base to a nonstick pizza base or large baking tray.
Perfect your technique-
Homemade hamburger buns -
Bake the buns in a preheated 375°F oven for 15 to 18 minutes, until golden. Remove them from the oven, and brush with the remaining melted butter. This will give the buns a satiny, buttery crust.Cool the buns on a rack.
Add your tikki and other food items like tomatoes, onions , mustard. sauce ,mayonnaise. Your dish is ready!!

- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons (7oz/187g) water, roughly
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 5 minute pizza sauce
- mozzarella cheese , grated
- fresh oregano, or fresh herbs of your choice, for garnish
- pepperoni
Pizza [ veg and non-veg]
Spoon the 5 Minute Pizza Sauce over the pizza base. Cover generously with a layer of cheese, pepperoni, and fresh oregano. Bake the pizza for 15 to 17minutes, or until golden brown. Slice and enjoy!
Tip: You can also make it with bread or store brought dough!
French fries-
Potatos
Water
2 tablespoon Cornflour
Oil
Method
Cut potatoes lengthwise. Mix salt with water thoroughly so that salt dissolves.Soak in salty water for 1/2 hour.Dry on cotton cloth 1/2 hour.Sprinkle 2 tablespoon cornflour. Mix well Deep fry on full gas.It will float when cooked. Remove from pan.
French fries
Ingredients
Left over rice
Boiled potatoes
Mint[pudina]
Coriander [ dhania]
Chopped garlic
Juice of one lemon
chopped green chillies
One pepper
Cheese rice poppers
Instructions
Boil potatoes. Mash and then add mint, Coriander. chopped garlic. Then add juice of one lemon. Add chopped green chillies and black pepper.
Ingredients-
1 pepper [ any colour]
2 eggs
Salt or any spice
Method-
Cut 2 slices of pepper. Put on frying pan. Beat the two eggs into each pepper ring on the frying pan.Add a pinch of salt or any spice.Let them cook!Take them out. Your dish is ready!! Enjoy!

DESSERT
Mug cake [starwberry]
Ingredients-
4 Tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
2 strawberries diced
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon oil
Nuttela [optional]
Method-
Add all the dry ingredients in one bowl. Then add the wet ingredients in another bowl. Mix thoroughly in both bowls. Add the wet ingredients to the dry in the wet

ones. Mix until well combined .Add in a mug and put sliced strawberries on top. Do not mix them in, otherwise it will turn out to be a brownish-purple colour ..... You don't want that ,do you? Heat for 1 minute 30 seconds .Your dish is ready!!!! You can make it even if you are seven or eight! But keep in mind, ask your mommy first!

1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 -3 tablespoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Chocolate chips or hazelnut spread or whipped cream
Method-
Take a bowl and put all the dry ingredients. Then put all the wet ingredients.
