Anna's Teacher, Mrs Katy

Anna was ten years old, and yes, just in a few months she'd have to take a big exam to get into a good high school. She lived in London and her dad got a good amount of money. All she wanted was to get into a good school, but she had to practice a lot. Her parents were very strict about her passing her big exam. She didn't want to upset her parents, so this caused her more stress as to want to pass to not make her parents angry and upset.

It was time for Anna to go to school, so she packed her pack-lunch in her backpack and set off for the bus. Once she had reached school she sat down on her chair. "Look who's here." said a naughty girl in Anna's class. Anna was not a girl who just cried and told the teacher, she just said "be quiet Hermione" and carried on with her work.

The reason why Harmione was always so mean to Anna was because Anna was very smart and Harmoine was jealous, so Harmione bees very rude. Anna really did not like Harmione. She always thought why Harmione was always so mean to her.

When Anna came back from school her mum called her. "Yes mum." Said Anna politely "Well darling, me and your father don't think your studying hard enough..." Anna hesitated "and well, if you get really good grades, then you can pick a place to go in the world and we'll all go for a holiday as your treat!"

Anna had not been on holiday for five years (the last time she went was when she was five) and she got to pick which country she wanted to go to. But she had to pass her big exam! Now she really wanted to pass her exam.

"Now to get all the stress out of you, why don't we get an ice-cream from Ice Delights?" asked Mum "That would be fantastic!" replied Anna "Thanks mum!" and she gave mum a big mum hug!

Anna and mum soon reached the nice ice-cream place and had a terrific time. Anna bought a three scooped ice-cream,one vanilla one chocolate and one strawberry! Her mum bought a plain vanilla ice-cream. Then it was time to go home, so they got back in the car and zoomed off.

Anna and mum finally reached home. "Where did you guys go off to?" asked dad. "To the ice-cream place to get rid of Anna's stress." replied mum quite contently "Anna should have been doing extra work! Not have fun!" Said dad angrily "Anna go to your room and do some extra work!" "Okay." said Anna trying to hold back her tears and off she went up to her room.

"Your being way to harsh on her honey." Said mum "I need her to get good grades!" replied dad "You've said that quite enough!" said mum starting to get angry "She is trying her best, and then you just send her to her room!" continued mum raging and with that mum stomped off, leaving dad hanging. "I have to make up to my family." Mummbled dad.

Anna was sobbing on her bed. "Dad's going to kill me if I don't pass my exam!" she wailed "I hate hate hate dad!" She said in rage "Noone ever appreciates the work I do except Mrs Katy and mum!" "When will dad ever learn that I am trying my absolute best!"

Once Anna had cheered up, she miserably got on with her boring work. Whilst Anna was doing her work she thought about people who can't even afford work and education she has and how her dad got a very good salary, so she felt grateful and carried on with her work.

Once Anna had finished her work it was bedtime for her so she went to bed. Meanwhile once mum had cheered up she said to dad "Now go and apologize to Anna." "She is sleeping right now but I will in the morning." replied dad "Promise me you will apologize to her in the morning." said mum. "I promise!" replied dad and they hugged.
