34. ESTABLISH YOUR PHILOSOPHY
Having a clear teaching purpose is the most important thing. Defining the plan to fulfill this could be based on the Reverse curriculum planning.
Evaluate yourself from the inside and outside and think about this:
🤔 Who do you want to be as a teacher?
🙄 What do you want your students achieve?

35. CREATE A MISSION STATEMENT
Stating a mission means to identify what, as teachers, we'd like to achieve: the final goal.
For writing it, you should consider the following tips:
✓ Keep it under thirty words
✓ Incorporate characteristics about yourself and how you interact with others
✓ Think about "My perfect world is a place where..."
Or you can also consider choosing ONE WORD that circles everything you want to accomplish during the year.

36. Identify Major Themes
You need a plan that will help you find destination and fulfill your mission, its important o know you can create part of it and the other part will be dictated by the state or your school.
The most important part is that this plan becomes THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE YOU WANT IT TO BEI
