Hypermedia vs. Hypertext

Hypermedia- an extension of the term hypertext, is a nonlinear medium of information that includes graphics, audio, video, plain text and hyperlinks.

Hypertext is text displayed on a computer display or other electronic devices with references (hyperlinks) to other text that the reader can immediately access.

Pros:

The variety of options means you can get an avatar that looks pretty close to what you want, and comment variety covers almost any situation.

With the Chrome extension, Bitmoji can easily be added anywhere an image can be added, and the Gmail extension puts Bitmoji right into the email interface.

Cons: 

You have to create it only using a google account.

Some Bitmoji options can be a bit racy for kids.
