Some may ask what is the importance of technology in education?

I will say with technology there are very few limitations.

Before technology, students depended on physical books from the library and book stores.

Technology brings books to students where ever they are; the classroom, the home , even the beach. Technology converts books into audio or video format to make learning enjoyable.

Technology is defined as the application of scientific knowledge to practical aims of human life.

Technology has made learning easy, interactive and interesting.  It encourages students to learn and inspires teachers to try new teaching strategies.

 One goal of technology in the integration of instruction is to ensure students reflection and collaboration.

Technology improves skills such as mobile learning, planning, communication, problem solving, building teams and presentations.

Learning can take place anytime and anywhere with technology.

The 21st century teacher can do her research and store information on her computer's application software.
