“I want to put a ding in the universe.”
― Steve Jobs

It was a rainy day in the city of San Francisco. Paul Jobs
and his wife Clara Jobs was trying to enjoy each others
company with a bottle of wine and smooth jazz music, when
they were suddenly interrupted by the ring of their door
bell. Paul got up to see who it is, but when he opened the
door no one was there. Paul poke his head out of the front
door and looked left to right but there was no one. "The
rain is cascading down like a waterfall, who would pick a
time like this to play the game of ding-dong ditch?" Paul
asked himself. Just when Paul was about to close his front
door, something moved on the bottom step of his porch and
caught his attention.

Paul hurry down the the steps to see what it was that moved.
Paul was in shock when he saw a basket on the bottom step of his
porch, he rushed to pick up the basket and took it inside and
shut the door behind him. "Honey, come here for a second, look
what I founded!" Scream Paul while trying to dry himself off.
"My god, you just can't let me have a relaxing moment can you
Paul?" Asked Clara as she walks over to the front door. Paul
pulled off the blanket covering the basket and was even more
shocked from what he saw inside.

When Clara looked inside the
basket she was as shocked as
a bird landing on a live
wire. "Who in the world
would put a baby in the
rain?" Asked Clara, almost
bursting out in tears. Clara
went and picked up the baby
and held it tight like it
was her own. Paul and Clara
passed out flyers and did
everything they could to
find the baby's real parents
but there was no luck. As
the days past the
relationship between the
baby and Clara grew stronger
and stronger. It was not
long after before Paul and
Clara decided to adopt this
baby to be their own.

Paul and Clara decided to name their baby Steve Jobs. Seven
years flew by in a blink of an eye. The Jobs family moved from
San Francisco to Mountain View, California when Steve was only
five years old. Paul and Clara later adopted a daughter, Patty.
Paul taught Steve how to work with simple machines and how to
work with his hands. while on the other hand, Clara taught Steve
how to read and write before he even went to school.

The very first
Apple computer was
built in that
garage.

As the years pass, Steve fell in love with working with machines.
Steve attended Cupertino Junior High and Homestead High School in
Cupertino, California. Steve became friends with a boy named
Bill Fernandez, a neighbor who shared the same interests in
electronics as him. Bill soon introduced Steve to a much older
electronics geek named Steve Wozniak. The three of them became
bestfriends ever since.

A big reason why
Steve fell in
love with
computers was
because of the
electronics club
they had at their
school.
