Chester, you look angry.

                   What happened?

           My mom picked out a shirt that wasn't my favorite this morning for school. It made me furious.

 When I came to school. Mrs. Bell wasn't here. It was another teacher. I was furious that Mrs. Bell wasn't here. So, I knocked down Tisha's blocks instead.

I then took all the cars while playing so nobody could have any.

 Poured out the paint on the floor at art.

I smashed my snack.

 I was even loud at storytime.

Oh, Chester, you had a rough start. 

  I noticed your eyes were angry. 

  I noticed your mouth turned down. 

 Chester, what else happened? 

 I learned something from my friends. 

  Tisha showed me how to stop and breathe in and out.  She said, " breath in and out slowly".
