There are many personalities that we know or don't even know yet.
Every human being has a different personality. Which will be discussed at this time is extrovert and introvert personality. In this book you will find some information about them.

A lot of people think that people with extrovert personality are cheerful, confident, and likes to socialize with many people.
For extroverts, interacting with many people is a fun thing.
They are accepting a positive energy when socializing with bunch of people.

Otherwise, people who has introvert personality prefer solitude to crowds.
They feel more comfortable in being alone.
Reported from Hello Sehat, Monday (1/6/2020), people with introverted personalities are those who tend to focus on thoughts, feelings, and moods that come from themselves or internally, rather than looking for stimulation that comes from outside.

Extrovert people is more productive in outdoors and
they will be bored if they are just stay in one place. Besides that, extrovert also loves to work together and can be a reliable leader because of their skills.

Different from extrovert, an introvert people prefer to be indoors and they are very fond of serenity. But, that doesn't mean they are disliking other people or anti-social.
It's not difficult to get along with an extrovert because of their personality. They will welcome you very well.
Same goes to an introvert, they will also greet you warmly. But, probably the method will be a little different. You just have to be ready with the responses they give and respect whatever it is.
Although they are different, it doesn't mean that the two personalities can't be together. Introverts could be good listeners to extroverts. Extroverts can help introverts to convey something that introverts cannot tell.
Those are some of the differences between extrovert and introvert personalities. Actually everyone has an extrovert and introvert side of personality. However, there will be one side that is more dominant.
There is nothing better between extroverts vs introverts. They have their own deficiency and advantages if they know how to maximize their potential.
