First,I bought one kg Palamut at the fısherman.Next,I clean fıshs.I pour some oıl ınto the pan and I dipped the fish in corn flour and put it in the pan.I bit the oil with low fire and fried the fish.o

Materials:
1-Çipura fish
2-Potato
3-Onion
4-Garlic
5-Tomato
6-Olive oil
7-Thyme
8-Salt
9-Chili peppers

RECİBE:
1-Fish are cleared.
2-Sauce is made with olive oil,chili peppers and thyme.
3-Sauce is spread over the fish.
4-Potato,tomato,garlic and onion is chopped and put on the fish
5-Baked in a 250 degree oven for 40
minutes

two canned tuna

TUNA PASTA
RECİPE
1.Pour the oil into the pan and put it on the stove
2.Put chopped onions and fry until soft
3.Then add the diced peppers.
4.When the peppers are soft, put the diced tomatoes and spicies.
5.Add tomato paste and chopped parsley, mix and remove from heat.
6.Strain the oil of the tuna fish and put it in the mortar and mix.
7.Boil the pasta in usater and strain, then pour the mortar on it and put it on the stove and mix well and serve.

PROCESS: FIRST WASH THE FISH AND VEGETABLES, CUT THE VEGETABLES TO RING SHAPE.

PLACE VEGETABLES IN OILED TRAY, PLACE CLEANED FISH ON VEGETABLES, AND APPLY THE PREPARED SAUCE OUT OF THE FISH

BAKE IT IN THE OVEN FOR 30 MINUTES AT 180 DEGRESS

4 tablespoon of boiled peas
1 can of canned tuna
4 sheets of phyllo dough
For Break:
Liquid oil

Egg Yolk
Black Seed

Process: First, melt the butter in a pan.Then boiled peas and tuna are added and cooked for two minutes. then the phyilo dough is laid on a flat surface oiled and cut into 4 pieces.The mixture is put into it and shaped and stacked an oiled paper tray.Then spread the egg yolk and black cumin and bake until it is browned at 180 degrees.
