There once was a small family called the MacEachern's. The whole MacEachern family wants a cat, but the oldest daughter Cadence wants one the most. 

Cadence is friends with a girl named Hope. Hope's mom is a vet. Then one day Hope told Cadence that somebody brought a baby kitty into the vet clinic. 

So Hope's mom started taking care of the kitty. Then four weeks later, Hope's family gave the MacEacherns the kitty. 

The MacEacherns weren't sure what to name their kitty but for now they just wanted to love her.

Then one day Cadence came up with a name for the kitty. She told her family how they should name the kitty Cinnamon because cinnamon is like a fall thing and they got her in fall. 

But raising a kitty wasn't as easy as they thought it would be. It came with a lot of responsibility and hard work.
