There once was a boy named Jacob. Jacob loved space. When he's older he wants to be a space explorer and fight aliens. One day Jacob's teacher told the class that they were going to get to see a real rocket blast off into space. 

Jacob got so excited about this news. He couldn't wait! The rest of the school day Jacob could only think about their field trip.

That night at dinner, he told his parents all about the field trip. He asked if he could go and then gave them the permission form. 

Jacob was happy to hear that his dad was willing to let him go on the field trip. But sadly, his mom did not want to let him go. 

But later that night when Jacob's dad tucked him in, he told Jacob that he convinced Jacob's mom to let him go on the field trip. 

Three days later, Jacob found himself on a bus with his class that was bringing him to NASA to watch the rocket launch.
