Meet Bob and Lisa. Bob and Lisa know it is important to wash their hair, so it can grow clean and healthy. But, Bob and Lisa don't know how to wash their hair. Let's teach them!

First, Bob and Lisa should get their hair wet with some warm water.

After their hair is nice and wet, Bob and Lisa should grab their shampoo! Only use a little, about the size of a quarter! Shampoo is soap for your hair, it cleans out all the bad stuff!

After they have the right amount of shampoo in their hands, Bob and Lisa should start putting it into their hair. Right at the top, close to their heads, and rub it into their hair!

After rubbing the shampoo in for about 30 seconds, Bob and Lisa's hair is very bubbly! Time to rinse! Bob and Lisa wash out all the bubbles with warm water.
