My two Grandmas & My teacher, Mr. Izzard, for teaching me to write better.

Once upon a time, Alfred the bird, who was afraid of heights, went to grade two!
One day, Alfred went for a fly to school. "I'm so excited for school because I am in grade two.", Alfred said to his Mom.
Mom said, "You're so big for a seven year old bird!" "I know, but it's taking so long to get to school.", complained Alfred.
"Why don't you sing?", Mom said.
"Perfect idea!", Alfred said.

"We are here.", said Mom. "Wahoo!", Alfred said.
Alfred went straight to his teacher and nervously he said, "HI".
"Hi...", squawked his teacher, "...…but you have to sit down", he continued, "or you'll get sent to the principal's office!".
Alfred did not sit down because he was too nervous. All of a sudden, the teacher sent Alfred to the principal's office.
Just as Alfred turned to look at the principal...he saw Mr. Cat's face in a painting.

When he saw the principal, he realized he was staring into the beady black eyes of.......... Baby Cat!
Alfred was very, very, VERY scared! He tried standing still, It did not work, it just made Baby Cat mad.
"Alfred!", growled Baby Cat, "Remember our last adventure?".
"Y... Ye... yes", Alfred stammered.
"Good!", said Baby Cat.

Suddenly Baby Cat grabbed Alfred and brought him through a tunnel underneath the school.
"WOW!", said Alfred. "Don't wow the view!", hissed Baby Cat. "Sorry.", Alfred said sarcastically. "Look at all the fish! Wow, we are underwater.", Alfred said. "Don't you ever say that again!", warned Baby Cat.
When Baby Cat said that, Alfred got scared out of his feathers. Suddenly the tunnel ended. "What happened?", asked Alfred. Baby Cat did not respond. Alfred got nervous.

Baby Cat laughed. Alfred got even more nervous.
Unexpectedly, a loud thud filled the tunnel. Just as Alfred heard the thud , he saw a door.
Alfred opened the door. Through the door, Alfred saw Mr. Cat!
Baby Cat shoved Alfred out through the door and out of the tunnel.
Mr. Cat saw Alfred.

"Where am I?", Alfred asked scared-ly. "You're at the cat lair.", Mr. Cat said.
"O..Ok.", Alfred stammered. Mr. Cat ignored Alfred. "Baby...", Mr. Cat said. "..Thank you!". "You're welcome.", Baby Cat said.
Alfred thought, "Why am I here?". Alfred was about to ask when he heard another loud thud.
Alfred got more nervous trying to guess what it was,. Was it another cat? A bomb? "What is that thud?", Alfred asked Mr. Cat.
"That's just the garbage cats, silly.", Mr. Cat said.
"Why am I here?", asked Alfred.
"To save Mrs. Cat!", said a voice in the tunnel that Alfred came out of. It was Baby Cat.
Alfred asked Baby Cat, "Where is Mrs. Cat?". In response Baby Cat said, " She's in a tree.". "Which one?", Alfred continued.
"The one just in front of the brown house.", said Baby Cat.
"That's where I live!", Alfred said.

Baby Cat got out of the tunnel. As Baby Cat did that, Alfred charged at the tunnel. Baby Cat tried to catch Alfred, but he was too slow.
Meanwhile: Alfred was already halfway home when he saw a yellow speck in the distance. It was a bus. Alfred raced towards the bus!
When he was almost there, he saw an owl. "Who are you?", asked Alfred. "Who!", said the owl.

"O.K. Who! Who are you?", Alfred asked.
"Whooo, whooo, whooo. ", said Who. "O.K.?", said Alfred.
Alfred started on his journey to the bus and just as he started, he saw Bird Munching Valley on the Trail. "Oh, no!", Alfred thought.
The last bird who went to Bird Munching Valley did not come back. (oh and B.M.V. is short for Bird Munching Valley.)
Alfred took some nervous steps and then got brave.

When Alfred got to the next tree, Who, the owl landed on it.
"Hi Who.", said Alfred. "Whoo." said Who. "Whoo, Whoo!".
Alfred did not know what Who was saying, so he continued with his journey.
When Alfred finally got to B.M.V., Alfred wanted to jump out of his feathers and run!
When Alfred looked across B.M.V at the bus, Who the owl was on it.
