As a teacher, I love to create books for my high school students to use in class. Recently, however, I've also started writing and self-publishing children's books -- using my two kittens, Carl and Hazel, as the main characters. As they grow and continue their adventures, I hope my book series about their antics will grow, too!

The narrator, driven by an irrational fear of an old man's 'vulture eye', meticulously plans and executes his murder. He hides the body under the floorboards, only to be haunted by the sound of the old man's heart, leading him to confess his crime.
