A shepherd plays tricks on villagers, but when a real wolf appears, no one believes him. An old man advises the shepherd to stop lying.

Daedalus, a famous architect in Athens, becomes jealous of his nephew Talos and throws him down from the Acropolis. Daedalus is exiled to Crete where he marries Naucrate and they have a son named Icarus. Daedalus and Icarus escape from the Labyrinth using wings made of feathers and wax. However, Icarus flies too close to the sun and his wings melt, causing him to fall into the sea and drown.

A greedy mouse eats too much and gets stuck in its hole. A rabbit offers help, but the mouse's greed prevents it from listening.
