An old lady named Mrs Sushma living alone in a small town of Madhya Pradesh. Her husband Mr Ramesh lal was an army officer, he served in the army for his entire life. After him, she started receiving a pension from the government for kids and herself. Later her kids are married and settled abroad leaving her behind. She faces difficulties with online banking and seeks help from her granddaughter Shanaya, who discovers issues with the bank's application. They visit the bank multiple times but receive no resolution until an RBI officer intervenes and resolves the problem. The story highlights the importance of customer service and the role of the RBI in addressing banking complaints.
