In what do you find happiness?

6 people said love, 3 music and 8 family, I personally think that people get happiness depending on how they see the world, you shouldn’t put your happiness in luxury or material stuff, if you put your happiness in things like family or love, even music, you will be happy, some people find happiness painting, or in their work. 

 Do you think your happiness depends on you?

All the people said yes, and I think that’s a fact, cause we are owners of our happiness, if you strive to achieve your happiness you will get it, remember that your happiness comes first 

Do you feel happy with yourself?

16 said yes and 1 no, to me is very important feeling happy with myself, because that’s a big sing of good mental health, I try to feel happy everyday, and I will try everyday

In what do you find happiness? 6 people said love, 3 music and 8 family,  the ways in which people seek happiness are very varied, it depends a lot on their need, but what I am sure we all find happiness in is in music, as they say, it transports us to our happy place

Do you think your happiness depends on you? All the people said yes, and they are right, happiness depends on ourselves, we own our life and how we want to live it, no one else can do it, many will be able to help you but it is your decision if you want to be happy or not
