Growing Conditions of Pepper
Ideal growing conditions for peppers include a warm sunny position, ideally loamy soil with a temperature of 21 to 29 °C (70 to 84 °F). The soil should be moist but not waterlogged. Overly moist soils can cause "moisture" of seedlings and reduced germination

TOMATO SET
In the USA, in 1893, the court classified it as a vegetable because it was stored and eaten with vegetables, but it is actually a fruit. Tomatoes have an interesting history. A wild yellow tomato variety was found in Bolivia and Peru, and then grown in Mexico and shipped to Europe after Christopher Columbus' discovery of the Americas. The Italians called it the golden apple because of its yellow color, but red varieties soon appeared. Tomatoes were first grown in the USA by Thomas Jefferson. But many people refused to eat it, believing it to be poisonous, until 1900. Long ago, it was the apple of love for many Europeans because it was believed to make people romantic. The name tomato comes from the Spanish tomate, which is also derived from the Nahuatl tomatotl.

The tomato plant, which has a length of 10 or 15 cm, has a slightly woody stem. There are 5-9 leaflets on the leaves, which are 10-25 cm long. Its leaves are hairy. Tomato flowers, 1–2 cm long and usually yellow, are 3-12 on a stalk. Its usually red, edible fruit is 1–2 cm in diameter in wild plants, but larger in cultivated plants. Most vitamins are found in this fruit and it has a cancer preventive structure. These vitamins and preventive minerals are found in the skin of the tomato.

TYPES
Beans can be consumed green or dried with seeds separated from the compound leaves. There are varieties that are called by names such as String Bean, Ayşe woman bean when in green form. In dried form, it has varieties called dermason, rooster, kidney bean, bead, sugar, navel, cowpea (karnıkara), Dombay bean. Kidney beans differ from standard green beans with their pink-white outer shell and white-weighted inner kernels. Karnıkara gets this name because of the black color of the belly part of the seed. Dombay means "buffalo" and it is named because this type of bean - like buffalo - is extremely large. This species is also known as Bombay bean, Bombay bean. In this context, "Bombay beans" can be considered as famous galat-ı. Soybean, on the other hand, is used to reduce the cost by adding it to other food products, especially meat products such as sausage, salami, sausage, ready-made meatballs, for filling purposes, unlike these bean varieties.

CORN TEAM
Maize is an agricultural plant that can generally be grown in very humid climatic regions. The biological value of lysine and tryptophan protein in maize is also under the limiting effect of amino acids. Crude oil in its grain is the nutrient that gives the highest value after oats. It originates from Mexico and Central America. Classification is made by looking at the shape of the ear, grain shape, grain size, spacing between the rows, spacing at the end of the ear and color of the shell.
It came to Istanbul from Egypt via Syria in 1600 under the name of "Egyptian wheat" or "Egyptian millet". Over time, it was shortened to the name of corn (the event called ellipse in linguistics). In addition, corn was also called "Laz grass" or simply "lazut/lazot" because corn was mostly cultivated in the Eastern Black Sea region in Anatolia and Laz sailors spread corn to the Black Sea region. However, this term is not used today. Since maize spread to Europe from the Ottoman Empire, maize was called "Turkish wheat" in many European languages. Central Asian Turks, on the other hand, defined a plant resembling corn as cugan.
