Introduction:
As technology evolves every day adding new applications, devices and means for children to connect. Students should learn to benefit this new power in a responsible manner, whether using it for learning or just for fun. We're living a digital revolution where we can connect and communicate with each other in any time and from any place without any boundaries separate us, so what digital citizenship means?
Project description:
A digital citizen is someone who uses information technology to participate in society, politics, and government. Digital citizenship is a term used to define the appropriate and responsible use of technology among users. Three principals were developed by Mark Ribble to teach digital users how to responsibly use technology to become a digital citizen: respect, educate, and protect. Each principle contains three of the nine elements of digital citizenship.
1.Respect: The elements of etiquette, acsess and law are used to respect other digital users.
2.Educate: The elements of literacy, communication, and commerce are used to learn about the appropriate use of the digital world.
3.Protect: The elements of rights and responsibilities, security, and health and wellness are used to remain safe in the digital and non-digital world.
A large part of being a responsible digital citizen, you have to be aware of these elements digitally and how to use them effectively.
We, as an administration staff, counselors, teachers, local community, parents, and students, are responsible to share the correct information about digital citizenship and promote awareness about directing towards the benefits of modern technologies, and protecting against their dangers. Briefly, we're all digital citizens, so we must be smart when dealing with technology.

Our mission:
Prepare students for the global technology demands of the future.

4. To involve parents, local community as well as all administration staff, teachers, and counselors with our above mentioned objectives.
