Once upon a time, there was a beautiful 

princess named Rapunzel. She was locked in a 

tall tower waiting for her prince to come. As 

she waited and waited, her hair grew longer and 

longer. One day the prince arrived...

The prince wanted to rescue her from the tower, 

but since he didn't bring a ladder or rope, he was 

clueless as to how to save her. He saw her long 

hair and said, "Rapunzel let down your hair so I can 

climb up and free you!"

Now Rapunzel had been in the tower for a 

long time and since there was no cable TV, all 

that she could do was read. She studied 

Physics and realized that the prince's idea was 

a bad one.

"Are you crazy?" she yelled from the 

tower. "Even though my hair is strong 

enough to support your weight, using my 

head as an anchor point is not a really good 

idea. Plus, since you weigh more than I do, you 

will probably pull me out of the tower to 

certain injury!"
