Snow White and Cinderella were the best of friends! Their stories sat next to each other on Once Upon a Hall, door numbers 714 and 716. They shared all their problems with each other. Both were starting to feel unhappy about their stories. Snow White wanted to show everyone how smart she was, and Cinderella wanted to show everyone her bravery.

One night, all the children around the world were cozied up in their beds, and their moms were picking out stories. Snow White and Cinderella were taking off their slippers and putting on their aprons. They were getting ready for another story time, which is normally quite fun, but tonight was different.

Snow White and Cinderella came up with a secret plan to switch stories! They would each swap worlds. It was a perfect plan to prove they had what it takes to be true princesses. Snow White would prove her cleverness, and Cinderella would prove her bravery once and for all. Snow White and Cinderella snuck past each other and into the other’s door.

Snow White
As Snow White stepped through door 716, she closed her eyes. When she opened them, she was in the basement of a huge, scary house. She had a sponge in her hand and was dressed in old rags. She was ready to tackle Cinderella’s journey ahead.

Cinderella
Cinderella walked through door 714, bursting with excitement. She looked around and saw a large mirror with an angry woman in front of it. Cinderella guessed it was Snow White’s evil step mother, and she quietly ran in the other direction.

Snow White
Snow White’s new stepmother told her to clean up her step sisters' room before she could even think about going to the three day festival. Snow White went upstairs to find bows scattered around and dresses hung from the ceiling to the floor. Snow White was amazed, and said "This is way too much for me! How does Cinderella do this everyday?”

Cinderella
The huntsman, Hunter, grabbed Cinderella’s hand saying, “Come quickly into the forest, Snow White.” Cinderella followed Hunter as he brought her to a scary dark area within the forest. Cinderella looked at him with a sad expression, and asked
“What’s wrong, Hunter?”, but he did not respond.

Snow White
Cinderella’s stepmother slammed the door and Snow White thought “How can I clean this room in time for the festival?” Then she stopped, and the wheels in her head turned. She walked to the open window and sang to her bird friends for help.

Snow White
All of a sudden, birds of every color came bursting through the window with their squirrel friends to help. Every bow, brush, and hanger was taken out and put into the trash.

Cinderella
After some quick thinking, Cinderella realized this was her moment. She looked Hunter in the eyes and said “I’m brave enough! I can spend time in the forest on my own!”. He didn’t question her and turned around, quickly running back towards the castle.

Cinderella
She looked around feeling a little scared, but proud that she had proven her bravery. Cinderella searched for a path to take, finding a small one between bushes. She took a deep breath and said, “I’ve got this!” taking off in that direction.

Snow White
She found leftover scraps of a silky smooth purple dress and sewed it into the most beautiful ball gown that she had ever seen. She snuck out of the house and asked the birds to find her some materials so she could create the most perfect tiara. After checking the mirror, a proud Snow White began her journey to the festival.

Cinderella
She skipped through the forest until she found a tiny brick house, about 4 feet high. She ducked her head, walked past the “Do Not Enter” mat, and stared at 7 tiny men. They said, “Who are you?”. Cinderella boldly said,
“Cinder-- um, Snow White. Anyway, who are you?”
“We are the seven dwarfs on our way to the mine. Move out of the way” they said together.

Cinderella made sure to look over the dwarfs’ heads and said, “No. I need a place to stay for a few days. I’ll watch over the house if you help me watch out for any strangers in the forest. Do we have a deal?”
“Hmm... Um.. well, okay,” they said, amazed at the young girl’s bravery.

Snow White
Snow White approached the festival with excitement! There were so many bright colors and people of all kinds. She was beyond happy with her dress and couldn’t wait to show everyone her hard work.

She walked around until she came upon a food truck. There, she met a handsome man with light brown hair and another tall man with black hair. They talked for a while and asked about her beautiful dress. Snow White began to proudly tell the tale of how she created her own dress that everyone loved.

Cinderella
Cinderella continued to spend time with the dwarfs, and they created great friendships. Instead of just Cinderella cleaning and helping around the house, everyone began to help as well. She was so happy with how well she was doing in Snow White’s story.

Cinderella
They all worked to keep each other safe from strangers in the forest, until one day when the dwarfs left Cinderella alone. A small knock came from the front door, and Cinderella curiously answered.
