Billy was a little kid living in a small town. At the time Billy had a natural curiosity for learning new things.

He noticed that his room's light would turn on with the flip of a switch."How does the light work?" he wondered.

When Billy asked, his parents informed him that the light required electricity to function. 

Later, his parents explained that electricity is a kind of energy that can power a variety of devices, including the light, the TV, and even the kitchen toaster.

Billy became intrigued and desired for more information about electricity. His parents suggested that they should visit the power plant where electricity is produced.

When they arrived at the power plant, they noticed a big structure with numerous wires running throughout and tall chimneys. This is the place where power is produced, according to Billy's parents.
