"The Journey for Happiness"

Olivia, a young girl in a sad town, embarks on a journey to bring back happiness. I enjoyed it when the little warrior reflects upon all the kindness he has received and decides that he should pay it forward to the dragon. I also love how you kept all the graphics cohesive throughout the story; it looks so put together!

Great character development in the Buddhist section. It was a highly-informative condense section of information that summarized the beliefs and values of Buddhism very well. And it was 5-year old friendly.

I enjoyed the details you included in all the pictures of your story, especially the picture of the Buddhist temple on page 9. Also, I like how you included plenty of dialogue in your story so that you wouldn't just be stating events or facts.

I really liked the small plot twist in the story of how Olivia's dad was a former priest. I also like how you described the world around Olivia with a lot of detail, while also keeping it understandable for a 5 year old.
