Dedicated to the people who thought some things were bad.

One day when Flake went near shore, he saw a sparrow. Flake didn't like gulls, so he thought he wouldn't like sparrows.

Flake tried to tackle the sparrow, but the sparrow landed on the sand just on time. Flake just splashed back to the ocean.

"What in the bugs are you doing?!" the sparrow yelled. "You are just a horrific bird! You should be disliked!" Flake hollered! "No, we aren't. Come on. Just come and you'll see there IS an advantage of us, sparrows." the sparrow said. "And I am Silas." Silas the sparrow added. Flake got a bowl with water to survive on land.

"This is my peaceful home." Silas said. "It is quiet. And a good place to rest." Flake added. Silas giggled.

"My diet is lots of bugs! But I eat grains in the winter, since at winter bugs are scarce." Silas said. Flake saw a bug near him. He felt cowardly and ran away! Silas chuckled a little harder.

Silas then showed her speed. She soared off of her home forest, past the nearby village, and lastly on the beach. Silas the sparrow was so speedy, when Flake arrived at the beach, Silas was already near a lighthouse! Flake laughed this time, instead of Silas.

"I'm a song sparrow. Song sparrows can sing songs,". So, Silas sang some lovely music. Her friend, Storm-feather heard her sing. "Can I sing too?" Storm-feather asked. Silas nodded her head and said yes. He sang with Silas happily.

Sparrow!

"I am also very liked by my look. Humans think I am cute." Silas said, while some human looked at him. "Sparrow!" Stevenson yelled. The other boy, also with a green shirt, whose name was Jake thought of Silas as the cutest thing ever in the world.
