A class of 3rd graders were getting ready for a field trip. They're going on a submarine to learn about the ocean.

Ms. Wright's class got on the bus. "Ok, raise your hand when I call your name. Champ, Jack, Kaylee, Serjio, Waylon, Aarav, Gio, Austin, James, Evelyn, Miya, Lavette, Jaylah, Malan, Jamya, Hayven, Liam, Maya, and Monique." All the kids were there and sat down. 

Ms. Collins class got on the bus and away they went! 

After 5 hours they all got to the Gulf of Mexico. Then they saw a submarine.

When the kids got off the bus they got a big surprise. "Hello Bobcats!" Dr. D said. ''I will be your submarine driver."

They got in the submarine. "To the coral reef!" Gio said.

They all saw clown fish, a school of sunfish, crabs, seahorses, and colorful coral.

They were looking at the school of sunfish until they saw a........  "SHARK!!!!!!!!!!!!" Austin screamed. "Sharks are cool," Champ said.

It was a Great White Shark and it chased the submarine.

Did you know that a Great White Shark has sensors under its nose. They help the shark know what's below it.
