There once was a boy named Carlos who loved rainbows. He loved them so much he wanted them everyday!

Momma giggles and says, "Carlos, I cannot provide that for you! Only the weather can, it must rain first."

"Momma, please make me a rainbow!"

"Momma! Look! Look! The rain is coming, we will have a rainbow today!"

"Momma! This is taking forever!"

"Hmm.. Why don't we go play outside! We can put on our rainboots and rain jackets and wait for the rainbow!" 

Carlos and Momma jump and play outside feeling the cool misty breeze on their faces and the rain on their skin.
