Staying healthy makes us feel good and helps us do our best.
We will discuss simple ways to keep your body healthy.
Get ready to have a good time and learn new things.



HAND HYGIENE
Wash your hands a lot with soap and water especially before meals and after using the restroom. (Kociolek et al., 2024).
Wash for at least 20 seconds.
Don't forget to wash up before you eat.
Clean yourself after you go to the bathroom (Kociolek et al., 2024).
Don't touch your face to prevent spreading germs (Kociolek et al., 2024).



VACCINES
Get your shots to stay well.
Vaccines keep you safe from important sicknesses (Gouge et al., 2023).
They help our bodies defend against germs.
Vaccines work well and are safe.
Parents should consult your doctor to find out which vaccines you require.

BALANCED DIET
Eat different kinds of fruits and vegetables at reaks or meal time.(Gouge et al., 2023).
Pick whole grains for fuel to keep you going.
Add healthy proteins such as chicken or beans.
Do not have too many sugary drinks and snacks.
Make sure to drink lots of water all day long in school (Gouge et al., 2023).
