No 2 in the series:  Jonty's adventures

In the bustling city of Dubai, so grand,

Jonty the ginger cat took a stand.

He sought adventure in this vibrant place,

With a twinkle in his eye and a determined grace.

He boarded an abra, sailing the creek,

Amidst the skyscrapers, tall and sleek.

To the old spice souk, he set his course,

In search of scents, a feline's resource.

Through waters shimmering in the sun's bright glow,

Jonty sailed, his whiskers all aglow.

To the souk's ancient gates, he arrived,

Where fragrances mingled, so richly contrived.

Bakhoor and oud filled the air,

A symphony of scents, beyond compare.

Sweet baklava tempted his nose,

Amidst the market's lively throes.
