The human brain loves happiness. You feel it when you achieve something you want to do or something you don't want to happen doesn't happen. Dopamine, oxytocins, endorphins, and serotonin are reasons you feel that.
Feeling Feelings
Dopamine makes you feel great and good. Oxytocins make you feel love. Endorphins get rid of bad feelings, and serotonin makes you equalize your mood.






But your brain hates feeling sadness and angriness. They're big feelings that make you feel bad. You feel them when something you don't like or hate happens.


Your mind hates anger so much, that it sort of glitches. That's why you say bad and sometimes offensive stuff when you experience bad things. When you're even angrier, you might want to rip apart paper.
The Negativity
It's fine to release your angriness out, in a reasonable way, destruction is not a good idea. It's been scientifically proven that it won't make your feelings fade away. It'll just cause cause more madness.


But, when you're angry, your brain actually feels satisfied having a big, blood-rushing feeling. As long as you don't yell, you'll be fine. It'll fade away. Even if your life and feeling are developing and evolving, it's about if it's moderate.




Without the Balance
If the emotional scale flips over, bad things can happen. If you do just anger, it'll hurt and might make other people feel strange and weird. Sometimes, it can be contagious. Just feeling happiness, will be weird, and might affect your brain too much.
Mental illness can sometimes become physical. Like, how you hug your dog anytime you feel happy. If you think about it, that's probably why you hug them. You feel happy and want to express your feelings with your body.



It can help transfer feelings which makes us feel warm and good. But, if you stick to them when it's an inappropriate time, then love can get in the way of things. Overall, love is healthy, and you just make sure your doses of them are good.
Anger should be experienced less amounts, but can help you learn from time to time. Again, it's just moderation.
Even if you have a tantrum, you're still a good kid.





Your Future
You adapt to being a slightly more independent person throughout your life, you'll have to do things on your own as your parents get old. And you can worry about it even if you're young. For a big chunk of your life, we try to focus on success, not love.

At any age, it's OK to feel like your life is crumbling into pieces, but you can see positive things coming. You could have children and pets. It's just good to rearrange the pieces inside you. It's fine if you're at a stage where you are depressed or feeling sad after big challenges that you couldn't handle.
It's like if you're wet and covered in water, you can dry yourself off with a towel. The water would be the sadness, and the towel would be future families, friends, or anywhere in between. Your life can be challenging, but it's a normal experience. You should try to make the best of it, whether it goes quickly or slowly.
