one beautiful fall day in october sadie was driving home from work when all of a sudden she saw a real estate sign along the road. it read "new listing! spooktacular home for sale." sadie and her husband have been looking to buy a house.

         when she got home sadie looked up ghostbumper's real estate to show her husband what she had found. when they read the article they were intrigued by what they had seen. the property was recently listed due to the owner taking a job in another state.

         the next morning sadie contacted ghostbumper's real estate and left a message. Joel the realtor returned her call that afternoon to let her know there was an "open house" scheduled the following tuesday october fourteenth at five o' clock.

         when eli got home, sadie told him about the phone call she had received. she told him that it sounded like the perfect house to purchase. it's a two story with eight bedrooms, an attic, and a finished basement. it's within their budget and in addition has alot of potential.

         the following tuesday, sadie got up and ran some errands that she needed to get done. first, she took her dogs bubby and daisy to the vet to get their shots. then, on the way home she stopped at the supermarket to get something for dinner. when sadie got home, she put a load of laundry in the washer while she waited for her husband to get home. in the meantime, she decided to start dinner.

     when eli arrived home, he could hear something sizzling and bubbling. when he opened the kitchen door, he could smell the aroma of steak cooking. to his surprise, his wife made him the most tender and juiciest steak he had ever had!

        after dinner, eli and sadie went to the open house. on the way there, they noticed that it was close to the all eyes on you learning center and flame school . they saw a strip mall which included ghoul goodies, ghost grills, and wickedly delicious witches kitchen. it also included a theater, terrifying treasures, and spine-chilling sleeves bookstore.

         when they arrived at the open house, the yard was well maintained and had charming front gardens with candy corn lights. they added the perfect touch to the bay window. 

         they were greeted at the front door by joel, the realtor. he introduced himself and they made their way to the kitchen. he offered them coffee, spider crumb cakes, and ghoul cookies. sadie loved the kitchen. It had light gray walls and black and white stonewashed counter tops. Also, it had the most beautiful ghost light chandelier.
