Once upon a time, there was a family of lions. 

Mama and Papa had triplets. They raised their 

babies to love and respect any authoritative 

figures.

Mama was going to teach one of the babies 

how to hunt one day. They went their 

separate ways and decided to meet one hour 

later to share their food.

One hour later, the baby and Mama met back 

up with their food. Mama couldn't find 

anything and was so proud of her little boy for 

catching some meat for the family.

The baby was so fed up and walked away from 

Mama. He needed to take a walk because he 

was so frustrated.

As the baby was walking off in frustration, she 

was startled by a dove that was flying his 

way. 

After listening to do the dove, the baby 

wondered, "Well, when I grow up to be like my 

Papa, I still want to have a good relationship 

with my parents so that they can help me to raise 

my children like they raised me. I guess listening 

to my parents will help me in the long run to be a 

better lion."

The baby returned to his family and apologized to 

his Mama. They all shared the meat, and the other 

babies learned how to be generous like him. He 

learned that honoring his Mama and Papa was 

more important than satisfying himself.
