This book is dedicated to Bubbles.

You have brought love and laughter to many people. Especially to Ms. Hinds who loves you to the moon and back.

You are simply, the coolest rabbit ever!

This is the true story of Bubbles the rabbit and

his Hawaiian island adventures.

  On an island in Hawaii, Bubbles the friendly white

  rabbit had been living at an elementary school as

  a classroom pet.

  He had often wished for a home of his own, and one

  day his wish came true.

A wonderful teacher named Ms. Hinds adopted Bubbles and took him home to live with her.

And so began their many happy adventures together.

Bubbles loved his new home with Ms. Hinds.

He had a great view of the city, and lots of

room to run and play. He was very happy.

Ms. Hinds was happy too. Bubbles made

her laugh with the silly things that he did.

One of his favorite things to do, was

  to hop up and down the stairs.

He did it every day.

It was good exercise for him.

There were so many things to do and to explore in

his new house.

There was never a dull moment for Bubbles, and he

liked it that way.

He was a very smart rabbit.

He was also a very curious

rabbit.

He would often sit by the sliding door and look outside. He seemed curious to know what was on the other side of the door.

One day Ms. Hinds took him

out onto the lanai to explore.

He enjoyed being outside.

He was very interested in

the sights and sounds of

the city.

Ms. Hinds enjoyed being outside too. She liked to hike,

ride her bicycle, go to the beach and to the park.

Since Bubbles liked to be outside, Ms. Hinds decided

to take him on an adventure to the park.

So one nice sunny day, she put Bubbles into his car

carrier and off they went.

When they reached the park, Ms. Hinds was careful to find a quiet, shady spot. She put a soft blanket on the

ground, and they sat together.

The fresh island air felt

wonderful.

Bubbles hopped on the

grass, then back on the

blanket. He was having

a fun adventure.

He played for a while and then it was time to go home.

When they arrived home, Bubbles was a very

tired little rabbit, so he decided to take a nap.

He liked his bed, it was soft and cozy.

When Bubbles woke up

from his nap, he ran to

find Ms. Hinds.

He wondered what she

was doing...

Ms. Hinds was busy grading papers and Bubbles hopped up to join her.

The students in Ms. Hinds class cared about Bubbles and they would often ask about him.

They enjoyed hearing about

his adventures.

Sometimes they would draw

pictures for Ms. Hinds and

Bubbles.
