To Joelle, for believing I could write this even though I strongly disagreed...

Once upon a time, there was an Atropa belladonna plant named Bella. Bella was named the belladonna because it means "beautiful woman" in Italy which is where some of Bella's brother and sisters live. However, some of Bella's siblings also live in Northern Africa and Western Asia.

Bella was 5ft tall and what scientitists called an angiosperm because she can bear flowers and the seeds she produces are covered. The flowers Bella bears are purple and her berries are dark, inky, and sweet. However, Bella is highly poisonous. If touched she can cause itchness, and if her berries are eaten she can be fatal! Due to this, Bella doesn't know what she wants to do with her life.
Bella's sister Donna lived next to Bella, but unlike Bella, Donna knew what she wanted to do with her life. Donna was a mean plant and wanted to use her posionous toxicity to harm others...

Mwahahaha

One day, a man walked into the the forest that Donna and Bella lived in. He picked one of Donna's berries and ate them. Due to the posionous toxins inside the berry, the man was dead in minutes.

"Nooooooooo!" said Bella, but it was too late. The man was dead as dead could be. Donna was happy and planned on conutinuing her murderous ways, but in that moment Bella knew she wanting something different for herself.
A doctor was walking past Bella one day. "Doctor! Can you help me?" said Bella. "What with?" the doctor responded. "I want to do somthing good." Bella explained. "I want to help people, but I don't know how. Anyone who touches me will get sick and die." The doctor thought to himself for a minute and then explained to Bella how she could benifit others.

"Bella," the doctor began, "you are very special. You have many healing abilities. There are chemicals inside of your roots and leaves called atropine and scopolamine. Atropine can help with relaxing muscle spasms and regulating the heart rate. It is also used during eye exams to dialate the pupils. Scoplamine is used to prevent the body from producing certain substances, like stomach acid."
"Wow!" said Bella. "Yes." said the doctor in certainty. It's true. I'm a doctor.
