This book is dedicated to my niece Evelyn and my mom.

One Sunday morning Evelyn woke up wanting to bake a cake. Grandma thought it was a great idea and got all the ingredients out and told her "today you will learn how to bake a cake step by step".

Grandma showed Evelyn her favorite cake recipe, and told her the first step is to put all the ingredients in order exactly how the instructions on the recipe said.

After putting all the ingredients in order Evelyn and grandma were ready for the next step and started to mix the eggs, oil, milk and water with the delicious cake mix.

Then pour it into a pan to put it in the oven.

After waiting for 45 minutes, the cake is ready. Said grandma. "Now the next step is to put the icing and all the decorations on the cake, then you will be done".
