On Friday, we had our first art class. We had to use our imagination to make as many marks as possible with an object. I chose a scraper. I was able to use it to make 6 separate marks on the page.

When I finished the first task, we were asked to paint a picture of the object we had chosen, using the object we had chosen!

Our next task was to get into groups and create a monster using the marks we had learned how to make during the lesson! We were given a large sheet of paper and had to begin brainstorming about what type of monster we would make!

We decided to make a one eyed monster that had wings and many many limbs! We used all the skills we learned during the lesson to make our monster. We gave him the name "eye-saac", a play on the name Isaac due to his one eye!
