Olivia didn't want to leave the city, but she was.

Olivia and her parents were moving away.

They were moving into a little house in the country,

but Olivia had never been away from the city.

She didn't know what it was like.

At least she had Teddy to get through it with!

Teddy was Olivia's teddy bear.

He was also her best friend.

Olivia and Teddy did everything together,

and Teddy helped Olivia be brave.

Without him,

Olivia knew she wouldn't survive moving away.

When Olivia and her parents got to their new house,

Olivia looked around.

There were trees everywhere,

and in the backyard there was a small pond.

She gripped Teddy tight and went inside.

She had to start unpacking.

Olivia's stuff ended up all over her room while she was trying to unpack, but before she could clean it up,

it was time for bed.

As she was settling in for bed, Olivia realized Teddy was missing.

She tried looking for him, but she was really tired.
