Ted and Fred
Ted yelled, "Get out of bed, Fred. Get up."



Ted led Fred to a wet net. It was a mess.







Fred and Ted set the wet net on a deck.


Then Fred fell, so Ted helped him up.







Ted and Fred let the wet net dry.


The men waited for ten hours.
. . .



The men waited for ten days.

Red hens came by,







pets came by,





a jet flew by,

and even the men's friends Ben, Ed, Bess and Tess came by.




But Ted and Fred never did get Nessie.
So Ted and Fred went back home to rest in their beds.


When Ted and Fred were resting with closed eyes, Nessie went to their window and looked in and laughed.
ha ha ha
