This story is dedicated to my imaginative granddaughter, Alyse. She has always been our beautiful princess and she brings us so much joy! My wish for her is that her happy and creative spirit remains with her throughout her life, as our family's love continues to surround her.

Once upon a time there was a beautiful princess named Alyse who lived in the Kingdom of Enchantment with her family and many friends.

Princess Alyse lived in the Kingdom of

Enchantment with her mom, Mindi

her dad, Chad

her brother, Andrew

and their dogs, Evie and Pepper.

Alyse's room was perfect for a princess!

Princess Alyse had many friends, including Pablo, Lincoln, Kylie and Abby... but her best friend was her magical unicorn named Angel. She named her this because of her beautiful wings!

With her beautiful wings Angel was able to fly throughout the kingdom and she also was able to change to many sparkling colors!

Princess Alyse's favorite thing to do each morning was to go for a ride with her best friend Angel!

'I love you!' Alyse told Angel.

One morning Princess Alyse went to get Angel out of her stable so they could go for their ride but she was not there.

'Angel!' Alyse called.

Alyse went to her brother Andrew to see if he had let Angel out of her stable but he had not.

Andrew did you let

Angel out?

No Aly, I did not go to the stable.

Alyse decided to go to her friends to see if they had seen Angel. She walked to Kylie's house to ask her about her magical unicorn.

Have you seen Angel, Kylie?

No I'm sorry Alyse....I have not seen her today.

Alyse was getting more worried about Angel. She continued down the path to Pablo's house. Maybe he was playing a trick on her and had taken Angel out of her stable.

Pablo was happy when he saw Alyse coming towards him. 'Hi Alyse! I finished my homework!' he said as soon as she walked up to him. Alyse asked Pablo about Angel but he told her he had not seen her beautiful unicorn.

Hi Alyse!

Lincoln did you let Angel out of the stable?

As the princess was leaving Pablo she met Lincoln but he had not seen her unicorn either.

No!

Alyse decided to check with her Aunt Lynsey and Uncle Alex. Maybe they were taking care of Angel by giving her food and water.

Alex was playing his bass guitar and Lynsey was reading a book when Alyse knocked on their door. They told her they had not seen Angel.

Hi Aly! Angel is not with Alex and me.

Alyse went by Papa and Grandma's house and they told her they had not seen Angel. They wanted her to stay but she said she had to keep looking for her.
