Zippy the turtle is bored. He can't leave his house. He

can't go visit his friends, or see the zoo, or even just go to the park, he has to stay home. Everybody does. if you left your home, you could get very sick. Because there is a horrible virus going around the world.

So Zippy went to his bedroom to find something to do. He read a book about a dog and a cat, he played with his ball, and had a race with his toy cars. but he was still bored.

Zippy went to his backyard to see if there was something to do out there. He played with his dog for a while, he had a picnic, and he climbed a tree. but he was still bored.

He went back inside. He was tired he decided to color, he colored pictures of him, playing with his dog, having a picnic, reading a book, playing toy cars, and climbing a tree. Then he noticed something strange. All of his pictures represented what he did today.

He stapled them together and realized that he had created a book! He was so excited about his new book

that he made 22 copies of it and mailed a copy to everybody in his neighborhood!

He mailed a copy to the mailman, the doctors and nurses, his teacher, all 3 of his friends, the garbage man, all 6 construction workers, the store clerk, the old lady next door,and the priest at his church.

everybody got a copy of Zippy's book. They all read it and some people decided to try and write their own books too.
