This book is based on a real person. Her real name is Alicia. I met her at (Horse Camp) where we both are in Group One together.

At 4:30am on the 13\8\2005, A new baby girl was born, She looked like a normal baby but, what the doctor said was shocking, You baby can speak to horses. The parents were flabbergasted. So she can hear English words from horse? asked her mother. Yes said the doctor. Her parents named her Phillipa, Which means lover of horses. When Phillipa was 3, She started speaking to her parents and the horses on her farm. A paint horse, named Patches and a chestnut named Scarlet.

10 years later...One pretty spring day, Phillipa woke up in her horsey themed room. She got dressed into a light blue polo shirt and light grey jeans. She when out of her room down the stairs and grabbed her pink glitter riding helmet before getting breakfast. She had two pieces of toast with egg and corn flacks for breakfast. Bye! Mum, I'm going to ride scarlet said phillipa. Okay! honey, love you. Phillipa went out to the paddock.

Phillipa walked towards the paddock. Scarlet whinnied, When she saw Phillipa. "Hi Scarlet", Said Phillipa. "Hi! Phillipa", How are you doing? Said Scarlet. "Great", How about you scarlet? Well! I'm fine, but. "But?". "But, I want food". "*Sigh* Really! Scarlet". What! I'm hungry. Okay! I will get you food. Phillipa Walked over and got a feed bucket and filled it with oats, grain and carrot pieces. Phillipa walked back over to scarlet and put the bucket over the fence. Scarlet happily ate.

After Scarlet ate her food. Phillipa said, Are you ready" for me, to ride you now? Yes, I am ready for a ride. "Finally". Phillipa went and got her Pink and black bridle and her pink and black saddle. Came back, When to the paddock and tacked up scarlet and led her out. "Okay! scarlet time to go". "Ok, Hurry up!". "Okay! Guzz". Phillipa mounted scarlet and headed off.
