Once upon a time there lived a family of four. John and wendy were brother and sister.

Mom Always told her kids john and wendy to eat healthy food and drink lots of water."It is very important to stay healthy as it helps kids to grow and stay away from diseases."said mom.

Dad wanted the kids to not just eat right but to exercise and play in the greens.it will help them to stay fit and strong.

But john never listened to his parents.instead of eating home cooked food he used to eat junk food and  watched tv the whole day.

mom kept reminding him of his unhealthy habits but he never listened.
