Pepper and Freddy, two dogs, start dog school but face challenges with a new dog and getting lost in the woods.

Mrs. Lollipop arrives at school to find no one there. She calls the principal, who fires her for not wearing a mask. Mrs. Lollipop calls the police, and the principal is arrested.
