Getting my son to eat solids was a challenge. He was not interested in chewing his food. So, I wanted to write a children's book as a whimsical way to tell our journey together, transitioning from pureed food to solids. I wanted to encourage other parents to use challenges they encounter with their own children and turn them into something fun and beautiful that they can create and share as a family, turning stressful situations into positive memories.
