Prologue

It's the 16th day of March,and Miles is living his life. Running fast,gaming,training,and reading. It's a normal day for him.But when the day ends,the ultimate curse is born...

                         Chapter 1:Super Star!

Miles' POV: Ah...don't you just love spring? While I am born on Christmas and LOVE snow,I kinda like warm weather. I'm sorry, let me explain who I am. I am Miles, a kid with some pretty cool powers.

I've got energy powers,speed powers,and electricity powers. Have I mentioned my awesome friends and family? There is my little sister,Rose. She is awesome and a little younger than me(She's 10). Although she does not have any powers like mine,I can power her up a bit. There's Neon, my cousin, and older than me.I'm 11,he's 13. Neon is usually nice and is fun to hang out with.He also has powers,like me.

I live in a small town;literally.It's called Little Town,and the population is 1,562 people. It's quiet,but there is one person that causes trouble. Magnus is this power hungry scientist.When I first got my powers from a Star,(like a star from space.They can be like a person or an still object)he quickly learned about me having power. He was able to steal them from me,but I still have most of my power.                        Anyway,I was pretty bored. I just hung out.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

Neon heard something about some kind of curse machine when he was spying on Magnus. I thought he is joking around. At night,there was a strange sound that woke up Rose and I. "Miles?What was that?"Rose said. Normally I would tell her to go back to sleep,but I was actually worried.                                                                I let her stay in the spare bed in my room.

One thing I know, is that my little sister is never scared. So when she came to my room, I got a little worried. Soon enough, it's 10:00 and I hear another boom. "Rose. Let's go," I say. "Fine... But keep me awake," she yawns.                                 We found Magnus attacking with an army of robots. BAM! Rose did an energy blast and destroyed tons of robots. Woosh! 

 I created a mini tornado to send the robots up.. and crashing down. POW! ZAP!.. but that wasn't any of us.                                                                          Rose's POV: Hi! I'm Rose, but you pretty much know a lot about me already. I just hope my brother mentioned that I actually have the power to transform into something I'm not. For example, I can actually turn into a rose.  

Enough about me. Back to the moment. I tried to dodge the bolt of energy that hit Miles, but it touched my hand. I felt weakened, but I kept on moving. "Don't stop now sis! Shake it off!" Miles yelled,regaining his balance. Just as I was doing my special tornado jump move,(where I turn in to a pink twister, pull in anything, and hit it 20 times) I fell. Weird. That never fails.

 The same thing happened to Miles. He did a energy blast, but it came back to him. "YOW!" he yelled. We knew what we had "two" do. We did our special dash attack. We build up lots of speed, causing a huge shock wave. It was weaker, but it was enough for Magnus to retreat. "There is something wrong. No bolt comes from the sky at 10:00,weakens two kids,who are battling an evil super villain" Miles says. And he's right.

                    Chapter 2: Let's light things up

Neon's POV: It's St Patrick's Day, and I wake up to a phone call. Actually a text but..who cares. It's from Miles, my cousin. I start reading it. Seems really important. Just getting out of bed, I get confused by why he woke me up so early.

Hey Neon! It's your bro Miles here. Sorry for waking you up at 5 am. There was a battle on Main Street last night. My parents are in Metropolis, so mind if I come over with Rose?

I send him another text saying,"After school? Sure,". I know there is something wrong and I feel that it has something to do with that curse machine that was leaked by me the other day. 

 Alright, your mom and dad are home right? Great. I'll have to tell you what happened at school. But lemme brief it. I left the house with Rose and we fought Magnus. We ended up getting hit by a red bolt of energy. Now I feel "Meh".

    It's time for school. And first thing that happens when I meet up with Miles and Rose is that they get splattered with green paint. Now I know they are cursed. I mean, I was right next to them. After math,it's the free period for 5th grade and 6th grade. Good thing I have library this period. I hear the whole story and I feel it in my bones that we've got a great adventure coming up.

    Miles' POV: School is out for a week due to the pipes clogging. So today: March 18th is when we go to Golden City. Neon will be taking us there to get rid of our curse. And by 1:00, our parents give us our things:food,water,air boards(skateboards that fly) and flashlights. "Race you guys!"Rose says. And we take off,flying through the sky.

    It's 2:36 when we get to our destination. A huge temple. Classic! Anyway, we go in it. Good thing we brought our flashlights. "Why are we here again? What's so lucky about this place?" Rose asks, listening to her playlist on her Air Pods. "It's where Mr. Lucky himself preached. He might of left a luck scroll here,"Neon says. Me, I am just jumping around this place.

Okay, I've just got to move. WHOOSH. I hit the sound barrier and dodge every trap ever. I've had 5 years of being a hero,so I am pretty good at this. "Wait up!" Neon says, grabbing Rose's arm. "EEK!"She squeals. Once they catch up I read a scroll. It says this.

To regain luck, you must save your home from disaster. If you fail, you will be cursed for eternity. You must relize your true worth.The disaster starts now.

Well then. BYE! WHOOSH.                                            Magnus' POV: You know something? I am amazing. But all of the state thinks I am a bad person. I mean, come on, I can't split an atom right on a person? So I've got to get people to know I am top dog by being mean! So I tried to destroy many homes, and now I'm sick of losing. To that little jerk Miles.

So you know what I should do? Curse him and his sister, so I can win! It's fool proof, right?                Chapter 3: The Trio's Showdown

Rose's POV: I'm moving at light speed trying to get back home. Miles and Neon are on the ground,700 feet ahead. Me,I'm flying in mid air, gaining speed by the second. We get back by 4: 30, just enough time to see what's about to happen

    Miles stops. And is flown far back. I don't have enough time to comprehend the fact that my brother just got knocked off his feet. I just look in the sky. "The fakes!" A few years back( actually last year) Magnus created fake versions of the trio(Miles,All-Star, and Kai). They are a deep black,and they love to hit you. I know what to do.
