"Gee I sure am glad that we finished building that hospital!" said Bill.

This is Bill by the way. (There would have been problems if he shared a name with a certain other builder you may know.)

A man dressed in blue walked up to Phil.

"Hi Phil! I want to show you a place to build something!" said the Blue Stranger.

Before really thinking about the consequences Phil said. "Sure!"

"Great! Follow me!" replied the Blue Stranger.

"Why are we at the police station?" asked Bill.

"Oh, we aren't there yet." said the Blue Stranger.

"Ok."

"Ah! Here we are!" declared the Blue Stranger.

"There's a building here! What could you possibly want me to build here?" exclaimed Bill.

"Oh, you aren't building anything here. I'm just here for some snacks!"

"Ok." said Bill. Very annoyed with the lack of progress they had made.
