“Oh no, oh no, oh no!” screamed Reese.

Cooper and Riley came running.

“What is it? Bubba, what’s wrong?” Riley asked, hoping her little sister was overreacting to whatever it was.

“There! There! Campbell!”

Reese shakily pointed.

Cooper and Riley followed her gaze with their own.

“What?? Oh, for goodness sake. Campbell get up right now this instant. You’re scaring your little sister.” demanded Riley.

Campbell slowly opened her eyes and then burst out laughing. “Oh, you should have seen the look on your face and the panic in your voice, Reese!” Campbell could not stop laughing.

Cooper joined her. Reese did not!

“Ok, ok, ok, let’s do something sensible together for a change. Let’s take a walk.” Riley suggested.

Amidst all the groaning, and the eye-rolling, and after Campbell cleaned herself up, everyone headed for the door. They went outside and across the backyard to the trees.

“Which way?” Cooper wanted to know.

There in front of them were four different trails. Of course, each one chose a different one.

"We need to chose the shortest one because I need to get back and get some, uh, important things done." Riley explained.

Cooper sported a big grin. "Sure, Riley. We know your, uh, things mean texting and hanging with your, uh, friends." he smirked. Campbell and Reese laughed.

"You bet, little ones! Maybe someday you too will have a life."

Ignoring Riley's comment, they began to walk. It was a beautiful walk full of colorful wildflowers. Campbell and Reese stopped to pick some flowers and weave them into a pretty hairdo for Riley.

"Hey a fork in the road!" Campbell pointed.

After everyone had a good laugh, Riley was getting a bit nervous about the time. "OK, let's keep going." she urged.

"Guys, guys, come look! It's a sunbeam!"

Cooper said as he had run ahead.

His sisters caught up with him and
